The Duke City Shootout 2008 is seeking actors for roles in this year’s winning films. The Shootout will be begin holding auditions June 21 at CNM. Read on for the complete audition schedule and the cast breakdown to see if there might be a part for you. This could be your lucky break.
All seven movies in the Duke City Shootout are SAG movies under a special SAG Short Film Agreement created by SAG specifically for the Shootout. The Duke City Shootout welcomes both SAG and nonSAG actors.
A Casting Breakdown and Audition Schedule for all films is listed below. Deadline to receive headshots and resumes is Wednesday, June 18th. Audition appointments will be scheduled and auditions to be held June 21 thru June 24. If you are not called for an appointment you may show up for the open call.
Send headshots & resumes to the email address indicated for each movie in the casting breakdown. Electronic submittal is highly encouraged. However, if preferred, headshots may be delivered in hard copy form to the Digital Filmmaking Institute, Duke City Shootout production office at 4200-A Silver SE (corner of Sierra & Silver). If delivering hard copy, please ensure the name of the movie and role is noted.
Shooting dates are July 26 thru July 29.
