48 Hour Film Project Adds to Summer Filmmaking Fun
| Two filmmaking competitions in one month? Yep! Just a couple of weeks before the Shootout competition (July 24-July 31), the 48 Hour Film Project returns to Albuquerque. | July 9-11, filmmakers from all over New Mexico will compete to see who can make the best short film from scratch in only 48 hours. The 48 hour winner will go on to vie for the "Best 48 Hour Film of 2010". The audience favorite will be screened at the Duke City Shootout Gala award night at UNM's Popejoy Hall on July 31 along with the Shootout films. Registration for the 48 Hour Film Project opens Tuesday, May 4th. For more info or to join a team, click here -> 48 Hour Film Project.
