We're being shameless here. But it's all about money. The Duke City Shootout is produced by the Digital Filmmaking Institute, a registered non-profit organization. The Duke City Shootout, in existence since 2000, has had a key role in the development of the film industry in New Mexico. This has not only brought jobs to New Mexico but also a new source of revenue to local businesses.  

The Duke City Shootout planning team is all volunteer. We are not asking for donations to support our own salaries because our salaries are zero. Our crew, producers and all the people it takes to put this together are also volunteers. And we all do this willingly.

So we give our time for free but there are necessities that need to be bought. Small items and big items. 

Please consider giving a little. It's easy.
