New Mexico filmmakers may have to start learning French as a second language. Three local filmmakers returned home last week with a notch in their filmmaking belts from Cannes. Shootout alumnus Scotty Milder screened his short "Sweetie," at the Cannes Film Festival, along with Albuquerque's Gloria Martinez, who screened her short “The Decision."
